SMS Terms

The program. Digby staff alerts are run by Diversified Group LLC, doing business as Toledo Basement Repair, for its own managers. The program is not offered to customers or the public.

What you'll get. Operational texts, such as a daily list of employee timesheet corrections to review, and confirmations after you approve them by replying with a number. Expect a few messages a day, mostly on weekdays.

How you join. You ask your operations manager to add your mobile number. Nobody is added without asking.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help. Reply STOP to any message and you'll get one confirmation and no more texts. To rejoin, reply START or ask your operations manager. Reply HELP for help, or ask your operations manager. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. How we handle your number and messages is in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes. We may update these terms. The revision date below shows when they last changed.
