This policy covers the text messages Diversified Group LLC, doing business as Toledo Basement Repair, sends from its business system, Digby, to its own managers. The program is for company staff only. It is not used to text customers or the public.

What we collect. The mobile number a manager asks us to add and that manager's name, the text messages we send to that number and the replies that come back, and the work records the messages are about, such as employee timesheet entries to correct.

How we use it. To send operational alerts, such as the daily list of timesheet corrections to review; to act on a manager's reply, such as approving a correction, and confirm what was done; and to keep a record of what was sent and approved. Messages go through our messaging provider, Twilio, which handles them only to deliver them.

SMS opt-in data. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also ask your operations manager to remove your number. Message and data rates may apply.

Keeping it safe. Access to these numbers and messages is limited to the people who run the program. Records are kept only as long as they are needed for the work they support.
